“Parking lot hard to get out of due to Veterans avenue being a one-way street and very busy. Great air conditioning! Unfriendly staff while checking in. Didn't tell us you get 10% off as a guest at IHOP. Found that out when checking out. Otherwise room was clean. Watch out for staying on ground floor both nights were horrible with noisy person upstairs making noise between 9:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. complained. Not much happened obviously, they did it again the next night.”

“The room and hotel was clean for the most part but there is definitely some noticeable wear and tear in the common areas. The walls are thin, we could hear every cough and sneeze from the person in the room next to us. My biggest complaint though is with the staff interactions. “This property is terrible. It does not adhere to the standards that we are accustomed to from Best Western. This is an older hotel that was rebranded without being remodeled. Not only was it loud, but it was poorly lit, parking was terrible, and it was FILTHY. The carpet was sticky by the Room Door and the Bathroom Door. The bathroom did not smell clean. and the beds were in need of replacement. As if this were not bad enough, the manager was no where to be found and I was unable to make...
