"Had to ask repeatedly for fresh sheets and bath towels and they finally cleaned the room after 3 days of requesting it. Even hung the sign up for service but it got ignored. We were the only room that had a car there for 5 days and they couldn’t even get our room cleaned even when we called for service ..."

"The office was uninhabited, and the cleanliness of the room and shower was subpar. Additionally, only two towels were provided for four individuals, and the air conditioning was non-functional, leading to excessive noise."
