We were greeted by Luisa who was very friendly and a joy to be with. When we got there we were booked in the old building. Luisa listened to our feedback and accommodated us to a newer room in the main building. We quickly became friends with Luisa who was the best part of our trip!

Nice enough hotel nothing special about 5 minutes from the airport. Be careful not to get ripped off from the taxi, we were charged 20 Euros when we should have been charged 5 Euros. The staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable but the walls were a bit thin, not super sound proof, but worked ok.

The property was beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

The room was comfortable with a lovely view of the Grand Canal. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable about the area. We were given recommendations for some lovely restaurants and advice on how to get around Venice. Thank you for a lovely stay

Amazing property. Spacious and beautiful. Located right next to the Circus Maximus and a little strip of bistros and bars. While we were staying there were a few concerts at the Circus Maximus and we were able to enjoy them from one of the restaurants near the apartment. Recommend Guenda restaurant for great food and drinks just a few steps away.
