“Beautiful hotel and room. Loved the balcony with the lake view. Great restaurant on main floor. Air conditioner was not functioning well but otherwise amazing stay!”

“The entire facility was spotless. Plenty of parking and good outside lighting. Used the hot tub and pool. Both were sparkling clean. The room was quiet, modern and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. Convenient location for freeway access.”

“The property was ok, the people were more friendly than the average. Stayed 8 days. The room became quite small after about the 3rd day. Totally disliked the TV. No streaming and just 25-30 channels that were mostly garbage to my tastes. Worst TV options/selection that I have seen in 40 years - thought I had returned to Mexico with this location’s limited offering.”

“We had a great time. Everything was as depicted.”

“The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor.”

“The motel was excellent. But I will not do business with Expedia ever again. I understand, now, this is how you operate but it was not obvious that I rented something where you were able to charge my account and it cleared my bank several days BEFORE we ever even got there. Your policies are devious and I will spread the word. Buyer beware. Shame on you.”

“I stayed at this hotel last night. This morning, getting into the shower, I slipped and fell. The floor was slimy, causing my foot to immediately slip forward, causing my fall. Although I did not sustain any major injuries, my shoulder is extremely sore from embracing myself, and I have a pretty good size bump on the top of my foot from where it slid against the threshold of the shower when I went down. I reported the incident to the front desk, and she said there was no one for me to talk to....

“This is the cutest place - retro but totally modern. Absolutely spotlessly clean. The man at the desk is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, fantastic memory foam pillows, and completely new bathrooms. Easy to get to, and a straight shot to the airport.”

“Large clean room, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Comfort Suites always comes through with a nice place to stay at a fair price.”

“Shower leak in room above draining into my room. It was fixed and then began leaking again the last day. Comfortable bed. It wasn’t disclosed in advance that parking was extra and was charged $ 10 a day.”

“Room was very good and clean. Breakfast was so good! Highly recommend! Our only complaint is only 2 washer/dreyers for 9 floors of rooms made it difficult to do any laundry.”
