Hotel vicino a Regal Delta Shores - Sacramento

“Breakfast was ok, we thought room would be cleaned but no because when we checked in they did not ask so therefore no cleaning, hallway had stuff sitting in aisle, not picked up, coffe was not refilled. We did need t bother with hot tub as we were very disappointed with the services. We have stayed at this location many times but the service is getting worse with every visit, considering another location going forward. ”

“Parking is secure. Room seems newly remodeled. Mostly clean. My only complaint is that it was noisy at all hours of the night which woke me up. I stayed on a weekend so this may be less of an issue during the week.”

“We had stayed at this location several times before. So, we reserved the only room with a roll-in-shower for our disabled son, but when we went to check-in, we were informed it had been given to someone else. We had to scrabble at 9pm to find another hotel. Manager just blamed it on a new staff member. A reservation should give you confidence you have the room you reserved when you get there.”

“Ho trovato una sigaretta all'interno della camera e ho chiesto di pulire la camera. Al ritorno mi sono accorto che era tutto come avevo lasciato e la sigaretta ancora li. Mi sono lamentato e non sobo stati nemmeno cortesi. Aveva qualcosa di positivo ma tutto cio mi ha deluso. Negativo ”

“To pay for a breakfast is kind of bizarre to me when most, if not all hotels I’ve stayed at- the breakfast was all inclusive in the total price of the stay. The TV was also very dim & you couldn’t adjust it. Overall it was okay. Nice bed & spacious room.”

“A parte una piccola difficoltà per individuare l'ingresso della struttura, l'albergo è piccolo ma con fascino, la camera era spaziosa e pulita. Ottimo il parcheggio libero in strada, molte possibilità per cenare raggiungibili a piedi. Colazione molto abbondante e variata”
