“The property is nice, clean and centrally located. It was nice to have a kitchen. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast because of our schedule. It would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchen. The shower head needs to be updated, but it isn't a deal breaker.”

“Booked 2 queen room through Expedia. We intentionally don’t book sofa bed because they are uncomfortable. We were given king and sofa bed. Called front desk and was told they were sold out. Then what is even the purpose of a reservation? Why does it matter if it was through a third party or not? It’s a reservation. Lobby has a very chemical smell. Shower was dirty. King bed, I felt every movement that my partner made. And just like I thought, sofa bed was awful. Room was otherwise clean. Asked...
