La zona è un po’ squallida, rumorosa a causa delle vicine autostrada e ferrovia, ma ci è sembrata molto sicura. Il vero jolly il motel se lo gioca con la posizione: a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Lake Merrit della Bart, così da essere in 15 minuti a Downtown San Francisco con 4$! ”
