They offered to cancel the room. But I told them it would be okay. They gave us discounts and I did the pre-check in. When I got there. Everything was waiting for me. I signed one paper about the pet policy and was on my way to my room. Thank you for making sure communication was key. My family truly enjoyed...

The only thing I did not like was, we had our two cats with us and the hotel required us to follow the one person had to be the room with our cats at all times. We were in Lacey looking to buy a home and putting the cat item plus the cats in our car to look at homes was a major problem. When we wanted to go out to eat we had to take the cats with us.”

“Everything was great, including the cold beer and microwaveable goodies at reception. One suggestion: put a microwave in the dining area. I arrived an hour before my room was ready and the nice guy at reception had to take my chimichanga in back to heat. He did so with a smile, but I wished I could have done it myself.”

“we had an episode in the king bedroom suite at around 3am where the breaker box panel went out.
they couldn’t find the key to open the breaker box. so the night manager ably assigned us a new room, and then the day manager gave us a $40 discount off the room as well as 5k wyndham points.
it was a minor inconvenience that was handled quickly and professionally by the management. ”

“Came in with my fiancée and young daughter to get married the next day. The frint desk staff was so nice and lovely, just wish i remembered her name. The room did have a slight scent of wet dog? But overall the room was very clean and lovely to stay the night in. My brand new wife and I stayed one night more than our daughter and had abquiet night just the two of us with no disturbances from staff or stay. Complimentary breakfast was also very nice and coffee in the morning was wonderful! ”
