“We were disappointed with our stay. Within minutes of checking in, before 9 PM, we received a phone call from another room telling us to be quiet and threatening to call the police if we made noise. We had just arrived, were unpacking, and our children were simply using the restroom. There was no loud noise or disturbance. The front desk later confirmed that normal conversation before 10 PM was allowed and that they did not know why this happened. Unfortunately, the incident made us feel...

“One reason I booked this hotel was for the included breakfast, but I learned when I checked in that there was no breakfast. The room was very clean and the staff was nice. I would definitely come back, but it shouldn’t say breakfast included, so people know what to expect. ”
