“Got there and the rooms stunk to high heavens . Looks like the sheets and blankets were reused and never washed . They switched our rooms was a tiny bit better . The washer and dryer did not work so I couldn’t wash our clothes . When go to leave at 5 am and they were trying to tell me I owed $108 more dollars even though I paid everything in full . Never stayed an extra night or anything . So we couldn’t leave till 7 . The front desk guy refused to call his manager my kids were up and ready to...

“I honestly was very surprised at how nice our stay was! It was for one night. After reading reviews, we decided to give this hotel a chance. It looked to be remodeled recently. Our room was nice and clean!”

“Both our bed had dirty sheets. The hotel was run down and not country inn and suites quality. My daughter doesn’t eat pork and they refused to provide chicken or Turkey meat option even though a sign was posted. Not a good stay”

“Same staff as when we came for the 4th of July last year—in the hospitality industry in the panhandle, that is saying a lot. Property was basically in the same condition. Food and amenities were great. We will continue to be back. Love this location.”

“Clean, friendly staff and quiet. The room was extra hot and the ac wasn’t the best, its green hotel using solar panels tho. Multiple guests I met had the same complaint, but all in all a great stay.”

“Room is clean but definitely needs some love. It is starting to show its age. Door was broken to cabinet where fridge is, the mirror almost looked all rusty around the bottom where the lights were, there was barely any essentials at the little store, needed some middle of the night ibuprofen or Tylenol and they had nothing. Every hotel I stay at has stuff like that. I stay there because it's extremely close to my daughters' house when I visit but will be looking at other hotels next trip.”

In addition to the check in she was able to help me with a number of things such as identifying the closest Catholic Church. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, professional and polite. “Our room a.c. made a terrible buzzing sound and smelled really strongly like cat urine. We arrived at like 2 in the morning and they said they would send house cleaning in the a.m. and that they didn't have any other rooms available.. which seemed true there was one spot left to park. Staff was friendly. The house cleaners did come, the pillows smelt clean and you could tell they wiped the surfaces. They put a air freshener in the a.c. After a couple hours the fabuloso wore off and it smelled...

“Very nice and clean rooms. Great communication. Very friendly staff. Anytime I called and needed assistance, it was immediately taken care of. A+++ rating property. Only problem I had was it was too far out from restaurants and stores. We had to drive 12-15 miles to get to a restaurant or shopping store and attractions.”
