“I had a horrible stay. I was scared for my life during the late night hours. When I arrived the front desk lady only spoke Spanish and was not able to help me find my room. I had to have a person staying there help me. There were people screaming all night. It seems like people on drugs use this place to stay at. Do not stay here at all. I was up til 3 am because of all of the noise. Would love a refund. ”

“Rooms were nice and clean with good shampoo and conditioner provided. A/C works to keep the room cool all day. Staff are helpful and easy to talk to.”

“I was traveling for business and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at -- the staff is so accommodating, the breakfast bar is much better than most, good coffee, the rooms are new and have everything you need -- lots of outlets, full kitchen (in the suite that I stayed in), good location, etc. Very clean. They mop the floors frequently and surfaces. It also doesn't have that strong post-covid cleaning smell that so many of these other chains. Highly recommend. It's conveniently located...

I booked through Expedia at midnight, but when I arrived, I had to wait quite a while before my room was available. That part definitely needs improvement.”
