“Room was okay. It looks pretty old already. It would’ve been nice if we had free breakfast included in our stay especially for the price we pay for the room ”

“I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was not very accommodating and came across as sarcastic when I asked about the resort fee, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Additionally, the pool hours were quite limited (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM), which was inconvenient for guests with different schedules. I was originally scheduled to check out on Monday morning, but I decided to leave a day early on Sunday night because I no longer felt comfortable...
