“Ottimo hotel, nuovissimo, situato a Renton, quindi necessaria auto se volete visitare Seattle. Colazione e parcheggio gratuiti. Stanza grande e confortevole, 2 queen bed. Qualche pecca nelle pulizie: un giorno se ne sono dimenticati, un altro fatta a metà. ”

“Do not stay here! Had a 3 night stay here and all of a sudden I got a call right before my flight and was asked if I can check in by 8 Pm and told them I didn’t get in until 8:30Pm. I was told I couldn’t check in and would have to check in the next day. Told them I wasn’t aware of that and had to get another room for 1 night and spend more. $! I’ve never heard of a place making you check in before 8 PM or you can’t check in… Then checked in for the other 2 days, and there were ants in my room....

“The photographer deserves a medal for the impressive boost they gave on the reality. The entire property from the flooded parking lot to the malfunctioning door lock that appeared to have been broken down in the past to the poorly repaired drywall issues showed that it was a shadow of its former self. On the positive side the bed and bathroom were clean and it was the cheapest hotel in the area. You get what you pay for - if you need a few hours of sleep before you get back on the road and...

“Non capisco come Hotel.com possa consigliare un posto che non è un hotel bensi un residence e quindi non ha i requisiti minimi per il turismo, ad esempio non hanno una cartina della città. Inoltre la colazione inclusa è un caffè su uno scaffale, non una colazione e quindi un servizio millantato.”

“Hotel mediocre, la prima camera assegnata aveva cattivo odore di fumo, tant'è che abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera e ce ne hanno assegnata una pulita ma con evidenti difetti (es. mattonelle del bagno rotte che cadevano al tocco). Nella hall c'era un odore sgradevole di ristorazione. Di positivo lo shuttle gratuito per l'aeroporto ma consigliamo di prenotarlo tramite la reception, prima della partenza perché loro non mandano messaggi al riguardo.”

“I did not get the room that i had booked. Instead i got a hadicaped capable room there where no towls or toiletries and the heater/ac ubit did not work at all. In fact it did not even turn on. ”

“When we arrived, we had to wait about 15 minutes to check in because no one really knew what to do to get us checked in. Then our door key didn’t work. Then the hot water didn’t work. Then the Internet didn’t work. The one redeeming value this hotel has is when you encounter all these problems they do their best to fix them. No complaints about the staff. Then we decided to get some breakfast in the morning before we left, but all they had was a half loaf of bread and some boiled eggs in...

“The rooms were not cleanest, I've stayed there before and the floors were not cleaned. Some rooms smell strongly of smoke, and or mold. The property itself does not appear to be in the best condition. The staff member at the office named Mario was quite helpful and accommodating, so very grateful to him.”
