“It was ok for a one night stay over. When we got the keys for our room they did not work . To find out we were given the wrong room number. Then the pullout couch had food under it. Old food. It was just ok. I think they price was too expensive for what we got”

“Lots of cute little travelers for sesame place. We didn’t realize that when we booked, but it was fun to see them. The pool was tiny and cold. My kids were a little disappointed. The room kinda smelled like dogs but it was clean. Sad we missed breakfast because we had to leave by 6:30. The staff was great. Overall a nice place for families.”

“It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay.”

“Bed was supposed to be king sized but that was the smallest king sized bed ive seen, at best thay was a queen size but they said that is their king sized room. Bed was very uncomfortable. When my husband moved it immediately bounced me on my side. Felt like i was in a trampoline not a bed. I asked them to make the extra bed in couch and they barely left any covers for that bed. “This was absolutely awesome.... Now I think we got a little bit "lucky" (explanation below), but this could be the most incredible hotel stay I have had in my entire life. There are two suites that hold guests. All the guests were in suite one, and we were the only couple in suite two. It was essentially like we had the entire mansion to ourselves. There was a piano. “Staff was amazing and friendly, rooms were clean and quiet, bathrooms were also clean with lots of towels. They also provided you with anything extra you asked for very quickly . Free coffee and tea in the lobby with enough variety . The location of the hotel is also perfect , very close to the highway and less than 20 minutes drive from almost all the attractions.”
