“Breakfast is waffle-heavy, good scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, only small flavored yogurts, mediocre coffee, no gluten-free bread or pastries. On the morning I left, I skipped the free breakfast for one at Orlando airport. Snack area at the front desk had lots of cheap red wine.”

“I think that the staff is all new. We went to check in - and were told that we did not have a reservation. The gentleman didnt even check for our name, or the reservation number we provided. He told us that 3rd party bookings did not occur there. We were left without a hotel and had to scramble to find another one. In the morning - we noticed that the hotel had charged us the entire amount for 2 nights. (funny because didnt he say we did not have a reservation.. they howd you get my credit...

“A very nice hotel in a great area of Orlando. Rooms were spacious, modern-looking, well laid out and clean. Breakfast was above average compared to a typical hotel. Hot brewed complimentary coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Staff were friendly and very responsive to our needs. ”

“We late checked in just after 11pm est. I went to confirm that I had contacted the front desk and had advised that our children had found their beds had blood on the sheets. We had been up over 16 hours. My children are tired it is after midnight.
