“Man roaming around the parking lot without shoes, very creepy. Many windows were boarded up from the inside. No lobby, had to interact with staff through a small window. Light switch didn’t work, a/c didn’t work, big holes from cigarette burns on the bedspread. Bedbugs crawling on the sheets, door between our room and another said not to open the door, peephole in the door was plugged with toilet paper, room smelled awful, crumbs on the desk. “Outside and lobby of hotel is decent. The room was musty even though AC was on. No bed comforter just thin brown cover over stained sheets. Walls were cinder block with cracked textured ceiling. Full fridge and microwave available. No hot water in sink area. Didn't feel like it was a safe area to walk around.”

“Loved how clean room was & spacious especially the bathroom. Great for people with disability needs. Only thing I did not like about room; there were no closet space or an Iron & Ironing Board. I was attending a wedding & needed to press our clothes. So we went to the wedding with slightly crushed clothing.”

“Opal Hotel and Suites as advertised is not the same. The staff at the reception were friendly and polite. Once inside the double bed room, the beds were clean. However, the bathroom, although it appeared clean, was not at all clean. Water was leaking from the toilet area and spread all across the floor. The door would not close and the wood was corroded and shed wood dust all over the wet floor. The vanity area was unkept also. The closet had no hangers and there was no hair dryer. There were...
