“Very comfortable and clean. Only draw back was the public beach area is on the canal and it is not very big.”

“Terrible front desk, at check-in they over charged me, then walk in the room 2 coakroches running around kitchen and bathroom area, no breakfast only coffee, looks good from outside but inside look old and not well maintained. Have to request refund for the overcharged, they did refund. Not recommended never again here!!!”

“Breakfast was a joke. Staff wouldnt refresh or bring out anything when food was empty. Said it was gonna close soon. So even while open refused to give a banana or yogurt because they were closing in 30 minutes. Not a Hilton stay at all.”

“Breakfast menu was fresh and prices reasonable for the area. Parking was challenging as the area was near downtown and a public park and non-hotel guests would park in the hotel parking lot. Staff did nothing about that. Room was very clean, didn't know it didn't have a desk though and I work remotely so that was a bummer. Staff was friendly and courteous.”

“This place was dirty and very old and dated! The pull out sofa mattress was full of stains, we asked for another room. They accommodated that, but in the second room the sheets were stained and the bathroom was filthy (with the exception of the toilet- it was the ONLY clean thing in the entire room!) We could not leave this place fast enough- we didn't even bring anything in before we left!!! I do not recommend for the cleanliness. - the 2 ladies at the desk that I spoke with were very nice,...

“Local dive... not recommended for travelers. More or less its there for those who are experiencing difficulties and families and individuals struggling with homelessness. Local drug dealers addicts and those who live the lifestyle that comes with that sorta cultural cycle of life. Pet friendly yes~ deposits required . Staff nice youg lady told me " it is what it is" when after explaining how there were only 2 towels and 1 was cloth for 2 ppl. There are no bedspreads used and roomservices...

“The young gentleman was extremely kind and helpful. Even after checking he still would smile and say hello. He went above and beyond and it was truly appreciated. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for making just 1 night feel like a VIP experience. 👍👍”

“Breakfast menu was very basic. No hot food. The rooms are connecting and you can hear every bit of conversation and TV sound from the next room. The reception is unattended most of the time. When you dial 0 to call the reception nobody is answering it. The lady who was in the reception was all over the place so we can’t find her all the time. She said she is doing a lot of things. Pool is dirty and not heated as advertised.”

“Overall great time staying except for the last day when the front desk was SUPER rude to us over the phone over a booking mistakw . We were going to book another night , but after her rudeness we decided to leave after all. Very disappointed…. A hotel is all about hospitality but she made us feel unwanted. ”
