“Really amazing. Four days of comfort (great beds and rooms) , had business room with Mountain View and longe access. Worth paying extra. Great breakfast, amazing staff throughout, room, lounge, breakfast, gym, taxi service to Bandipur, sauna, travel desk etc. Don’t know how they can offer this service and quality at such a good price. Far exceeded expectations. Pool area lovely but only downside is hotel is surrounded by busy roads so headphones helped to relax! Highly recommend and I don’t say...

“Everything was great, first we have some issue with the room with kids , Most of the rooms have glass table which was obstruction for my little one then Simon helped us and upgraded to Junior suite, which was quite comfortable for small kids to play and bigger. All the services and food was great. Will surely gonna stay in future as well.

Great lobby and valet helps greatly.
Check in was smooth and staff helpful, also got an upgrade to the Suite room as booked room was not ready.
Swimming pool is a great facility, however enclosed by 4 walls of the hotel.
Rooms were well appointed and room amenities is of high quality.”

“There is no parking close to property if you are going by car. When asked they show their another property which is around 250m away. With luggage and kids it's not convenient if you are going by car.”

Beautiful heritage hotel, luxurious whilst feeling personal and intimate which is a rare combination
Lots of small personal touches like Christmas cake, surprise family photo which we highly appreciated.
Lovely little swimming pool (not deep) at the back of the garden which our children thoroughly enjoyed.
Supper service a little slow but it was Christmas Eve and they apologised for it.

Only problem is they do not honor booking with Expedia. They are listed on Expedia so I ended up paying twice. Pre-paid with Expedia and then had to pay at the hotel. Expedia is non-responsive on a refund. Be careful.”
