“This was a top class property. The room and all facilities were modern, clean, and in perfect working order. The location is amazing - a short walk to the lake, a great walk around the lake, and a fantastic castle/museum just down the road. The only issues we had were: There was no Enlish version for the self-check-in process, so there was a bit of guesswork. This made finding our room a matter of checking all the doors with the access card. The email with the room number only arrived sometime...

“Schönes, sehr geräumiges Studio mit tollem Badezimmer und gutem Frühstück. Die nahe Straße ist leider etwas laut. Ansonsten sehr guter Aufenthalt bis auf den Check-in. Die Terminals zum eigenständigen Check-in haben nicht funktioniert. Da niemand vor Ort war, haben wir insgesamt fast eine Stunde gebraucht um einzuchecken und ich musste 5 bis 6 mal bei der Service Hotline anrufen, was durch Roaming leider auch teuer war.”
