“Struttura bella tutto nuovo, pulito, vicino alla metropolitana. Personale cordiale. Peccato per la collazione 12 euro circa un po troppo secondo me.”

“Nena Appartment was perfect for my business trip to Berlin! Small kitchen, laundry and good living space (I booked a studio). Everything I needed was accessible by walking distance and the subway Hermannplatz is 2 minutes of walk and afterwards, less than 20 min from major tourist attractions. My only negative comments is that the area is quite noisy up until late in the evening (lots of ambulance trips!). Other than that, it was excellent!”

Purtroppo bagno senza nessun accessorio( mensola vicino al lavandino- portasapone in doccia).Probabilmente se fosse stata imbiancata tutta la stanza ( non lasciando alcune pareti con il cemento a vista) sarebbe stata una stanza piu' accogliente ”

“The experience was overall good, the only thing that should be changed is the lack of accuracy of the advertisement: the apartment has a spiral staircase to go to the bathroom, the bed is on a mezzanine and the building has four floors without a lift, but this information is missing from the advert. However, the host was very kind and helpful and since I couldn't make any effort, he moved us to the first floor. Overall very good, but I would have liked to have had a clear idea of what to expect...

“We were looking for a place to spend two nights in Berlin to attend a friend’s movie at Berlin Film Festival. We had the flight cancelled last minute and Gregor, the owner, was super nice and patient with our multiple change of plan. Finally we made it and once there he was the best owner ever, super kind and responsive. The little apartment was perfect for us. Convenient position, clean and luminous. The only thing we missed was a better/bigger mirror cause the one in the bathroom is to dark,...

“Gregor and the staff are very kind and helpfull, the communication with them before our arriving was excellent, also the check-in and the check out were ok, they allowed us to do the check-in in advance because the apartment was free. Taking in consideration that we were two men without big expectations, the apartmen isn't bed but it's quiet old, they should refurbish it and at least they should install a couple of black courtains on the windows because there is no privacy and the morning light...
