“The hotel is located close enough to the station to be there walking 10 minutes, but not so much to get annoyed by the traffic or the noise. The receptionists were really kind and efficient, and the room was on point.”

“Wifi didn’t work in the room”

The hotel is quite new and this showed - the rooms were modern with incredibly comfortable beds. The location is fantastic - a very easy walk to the harbour area and great subway access to shin-kobe and Sanomiya stations. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor was great and the spa/onsen was brilliant. We will...
