“It was a nightmare trying to communicate prior to my stay. I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. I was told when I booked that I would need to wait until closer to stay to request rooms close to each other. There is no representative at location so all communication is via email or one time we phoned and the woman was very rude. We finally did get the room locations we wanted but only after having to spend way too much time trying to communicate with host. Rooms were clean. Beds...

“Wir haben die Küche zwar nicht genutzt, aber sie war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine. Alles sauber und modern. ”

“Not enough amenities, such as wardrobes. You only find one shampoo in the bathroom. not clean. Not recommended at all. On the first day of my stay, the building door was blocked, and we were trapped inside. It was so hard to communicate and find someone to help.”

“Very clean. Large bathroom with large shower. Fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, refrigerator and dishwasher! Large and comfortable sofa. Separated bedroom. Balcony for smokers. Breakfast on request. The staff has been so so kind to let me check in earlier than 3.00 pm (on very short notice on my part!) because I could not be at thw property after 2.30 and by 6.00 pm. Concluding, perfect for me! ”
