“The host was very kind, welcoming by leaving our keys out despite of the late check in and holiday, and the property itself was nicely maintained. We appreciated the hospitality and could tell there was effort put into making guests feel comfortable. Since there were no staff available during our stay due to the holiday, it was thoughtful that they left the closet open with extra sheets and towels in case guests needed anything, which we appreciated. “Great location in Kaiserslautern. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. There is no elevator so 2nd floor is four flights up. It was good exercise for us but any one with back, knee or frail will want to think twice. Also like many European hotels, the shower is tiny. But staff is so helpful and had great communication. I would stay again.”

“Vielleicht haben wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt aber wenn offiziell Öffnungszeiten angegeben sind, dann sollte auch für einen Gast die Bar geöffnet sein. Die Lichter wurden bewusst aus gelassen, denn offensichtlich war der Rezeptionist der einzige Mitarbeiter, der an dem Tag alles managen musste - also auch die Bar. Dafür können wir als Gäste aber leider nichts. Wir mussten, da die Kinder oben einschlafen wollten außerhalb des Zimmers irgendwo verweilen und nach 30 min Warten im Außenbereich...
