“Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough ”

“Der Check-In/ Eingang ist im Durchgang zum Treppenhaus und WC des Eiscafés. Man gelangt über den Hinterhof, der auch als Lagerfläche genutzt wird und ständig zu geparkt ist, dort hin. Es war sehr einengend und chaotisch. Das Zimmer an sich ist schön und modern mit sehr bequemen Betten, aber wurde leider nicht gut gereinigt. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer, wie z.B. Tee und Kaffee, war minimal und nicht ausreichend. Das Personal wirkte sehr kühl und uninteressiert.”
