Hotel a Regione di El Bajío

“It was perfect, except make sure you don’t get a room on floor 4. There were people hanging out at the gym from 12am to 2am until we call front desk. They were being very loud, I also assume it’s the floor where staff also hangs out bc we could hear their radios. It was a very loud floor, I would stay again but request a different floor.”

“All good”

“Very Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend From the moment we arrived on Friday, our stay was disappointing. We were informed that the televisions were not working but were assured that the issue was being addressed. Unfortunately, we checked out on Monday, and the televisions were still not working. I specifically booked a non-smoking room, only to walk into a room that smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Thankfully, they did move me to another room, but this was an inconvenience...

“Excellent location with several restaurants, shops and attraction options. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Good service.”
