“Staff was very nice but ceilings are poorly insulated for sound, you can hear conversations upstairs. Staff started cleaning room upstairs at 9am on a Sunday which was very loud and we felt was too early. Also no comforter or duvet on the bed - or in the room as an option - was too cold in the winter.”

I didn't need the kitchenette, but if I did it was very well equipped. This room had a bedroom separate from the living space, also with a huge window and a deep sill. “Very easy check in after I booked earlier the same day due to getting stuck in a snow storm going east. The room was clean and had some renovations which made the room a bit more updated. Great that parking is available right outside the building. The balcony is a plus. ”
