“We recently stayed at Kinjohro during our visit to Kanazawa. The staff were truly wonderful, incredibly courteous, attentive, and eager to help. Their hospitality was warm and genuine, and they were easily the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself did not live up to the expectations set by the price point.
