Guest house a Regione di Klein Karoo

“Andre is a phenomenal manager, and Mooiplaas is our favourite place to stay in Oudtshoorn. All staff are helpful, kind and caring, brilliantly clean and beautiful rooms, highly recommended. Be sure to engage the astrologer Ben if the night sky is clear! Amazing, 5 stars! The Barkers will be back :)”

“O Hotel fica em uma linda propriedade com avestruzes e outras aves. Fica ao lado da fazenda de avestruzes Highland. Quarto espaçoso e banheiros amplos. Equipe muito prestativa, especialmente o garçom Garreth. Ótima opção em Oudtshoorn”

“Charming rustic setting on a riverfront. Conveniently located just a couple of blocks from shopping and restaurants. Free onsite parking. Friendly, helpful owner/operator. Excellent full breakfast with fresh homemade bread, cooked to order. Many extra touches that made this an excellent choice and made us wish that we could have stayed longer.”

“I only stayed one night but this place was excellent and I will definitely be back. Super warm and friendly welcome, and excellent communication in advance of arrival. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet, set in a beautiful property. The sherry in the room was a cherry on the top of all this! Thoroughly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area or passing through.”

“The hotel has just been taken over and is under going changes Breakfast in the adjoining hotel was delicious The new owner is attentive and understood our concerns”

“Room is spotless. The owners are very welcoming and the breakfast is delicious ”

“Our host Hermein was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was everything you could have wanted. I had the fruit with granola and yogurt. Followed by loads of toast and a cooked breakfast with the tastiest smoked bacon I’ve ever tasted. She organised a free taxi to and from a lovely local restaurant on the evening of our arrival. We left the next morning for the short drive to the caves, the wildlife sanctuary and the ostrich...

“We had a perfectly pleasant stay at Bella de Karoo. The room was expansive, with a full fridge and all other amenities we could need. ”

“Lovely staff, singling out Carmen and Felicia for special compliments! Food and service were good. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The views from the main lodge were outstanding. The pool was much warmer than our last visit in September 2004! We found Hog Hollow had lost a little of its rustic charm and was more like a hotel. ”
