“Nice location and spacious room. The first night there was a great turndown with fire lit and curtains closed. The second night we were forgotten. Nice dinner, but there could be a wider range of wine selection. It’s a great location for suricate watching”

“We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. “Un super accueil avec Superman John qui a vraiment effectué un traitement sur mesure. C est un très bel endroit situé tout proche de la ferme Highgate où l on peut voir les autruches. Sur l hôtel, l endroit est très calme et agréable et derrière l hébergement, on peut également observer les autruches. Les restaurant propose également d excellents plats et le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent.”

Die Zimmer sehr sauber, freundlich und hell gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig und ausreichend, das Abendessen mit guter Auswahl. Alles in allem wirklich weiter zu empfehlen um einen guten Aufenthalt in der Karoo zu haben. ”
