“Where the house is. Close to the village, but in the quiet. When there is snow, you leave and come back on skis. The house is charming and very well furnished. You could improve the price.... The only problem is the private road when it snow and freezes. The road is 50 m long and there is no equipment to remove the snow and surely not the ice. The space in front of the house is muddy. "It is literally at the railway station. Free parking available for motorbikes. Cars can park for free at the nearby outlet or next to the hotel with a surcharge. The room was comfortable and clean. All new and modern. There was also a small bar. Breakfast basic but complete. Check-in procedure was smooth. The Hotel sends instructions before the arrival but in german. There was always the need to translate the email. Not a big issue, of course. To enter the check-in area the first time on arrival, you have to tap your credit card to open the door, Afterwards, you will use your key card."

"Ho prenotato una doppia nel castello, non rimborsabile. DOPO la prenotazione mi dicono che i cani non possono stare nel castello e ci assegnano una stanza esterna in pessime condizioni. Al check-out sostengono che avevo prenotato una doppia a uso singolo e mi chiedono di parare la differenza x Esperiwnxa terribile. Customer care imbarazzante."

"Thank you for the stay, the tv wasn’t working quite right but they looked after us. The staff seemed genuinely sincere in making you feel welcome & comfortable. Lugging up the suitcases to the first floor was a workout but they have a small elevator to take over once you hit reception. "
