“The area is very calm, there is a Lawson across the street and there is nice pizza post a few houses down, Tomo is very friendly and you have to ask him about the cream cheese dip! there is a slight learning curve for the air conditioner but that's part of the journey, overall everything is awesome”

“Very lovely staff, spacious room and in a nice spot. Away from lots of the busy areas but still close enough to walk. Really enjoyed our stay in Kawaguchiko, made better by staying at the garden. Great views of Fuji when it’s clear!! Really like the design of the property too No tax addition to price on arrival as well.”
