“It wasn't completely awful but not good. There was garbage scattered on the ground right outside the front lobby. No one ever came to pick it up for 3 days. The air conditioner was blowing weird sour smelling air and the room felt and smelled damp. It wasn't filthy or anything but the room was dated with worn out bathroom fixtures and outlets that didn't work throughout the whole room. The tv remotes didn't work.
