“I didn’t have the possibility to evaluate the place from outside because I arrived in the night and I left always in the night but the place itself, the room the services and the staff were great. ”

“Sehr netter Kontakt, sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung ”

“Hotel was very up to date. The rooms were very clean. The lady in the front was very helpful. Parking was easy. In walking distance to city center.”

“Come sempre lavoro”

“Doccia rotta”

“Fabulous property and location - honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The property is just steps away from the pedestrian zone - less than 1 block on way and 1 ½ blocks the other. Communication with the host was flawless (there is no in-site staff). This was our 3rd week of a 5 week Central Europe exploration and a HUGE and unexpected win was a laundry machine in the communal space. We travel with laundry sheets and use sinks and tubs - getting everything really clean was a win! There is...

“We really appreciated the beautiful location, the landscape around, the relaxing silence and quiet. Very good breakfast”

“The hotel didn’t quite meet our expectations. We didn’t get off to the best start as there was a storm so there was a power cut, which we know couldn’t be helped. There was no running water for the first evening which meant we couldn’t wash/shower before dinner, there was then still no hot water the next morning. With all the problems there was only one staff member trying to deal with it all covering the reception, bar, spa and restaurant. We left early on our last morning and there was no hot...

“This was a perfect place for our visit to Maribor. Fani & Rozi is located right at the river and just a short walk to the Oldest Grape Vine in the World. There are great restaurants, shopping and an entire city just steps away. A special thanks to Tinka (sp?) for her help making reservations with wineries. It made our trip so easy. Parking is steps away from Fani & Rozi, but note that it does run about 25 Euros/day.”
