“I didn’t have the possibility to evaluate the place from outside because I arrived in the night and I left always in the night but the place itself, the room the services and the staff were great. ”

“This was one of the best apartments we stayed in. Excellent location and wonderfully furnished. It was very clean when we checked in okay, 10 minut”

“Sehr netter Kontakt, sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung ”

“Bella struttura, tranquilla e ben attrezzata”

“Hotel was very up to date. The rooms were very clean. The lady in the front was very helpful. Parking was easy. In walking distance to city center.”

“Fabulous property and location - honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The property is just steps away from the pedestrian zone - less than 1 block on way and 1 ½ blocks the other. Communication with the host was flawless (there is no in-site staff). “Doccia rotta”

“We really appreciated the beautiful location, the landscape around, the relaxing silence and quiet. Very good breakfast”

“Come sempre lavoro”

“This was a perfect place for our visit to Maribor. Fani & Rozi is located right at the river and just a short walk to the Oldest Grape Vine in the World. There are great restaurants, shopping and an entire city just steps away. A special thanks to Tinka (sp?) for her help making reservations with wineries. It made our trip so easy. Parking is steps away from Fani & Rozi, but note that it does run about 25 Euros/day.”

“Camera pulita, personale cortese, area wellness da rimodernare ”

“Ok”
