“Hotel non è male, manca l'ascensore che sarebbe comodo per i bagagli, le camere sono confortevoli e molto calde. Unica pecca la colazione scarsa, non è contemplato nulla di dolce neppure dei croissant. Ho dovuto fare colazione con cereali perché uova strapazzate con cipolla e formaggio alle 8:00 del mattino proprio non mi andavano. Manca il latte caldo, ma basta richiederlo che te lo portano senza problemi, il cappuccino però lo paghi a parte.”

“Precies wat wij zoeken bij een tussenstop rustig, goede kamer lekker diner met prettige prijs gezellige medewerkers en als laatste een heerlijk ontbijt met alles wat je maar kan wensen met de vraag hoe je je eitje wilde gekookt, spiegelei of roerei. Wel flinke hap dat roerei dus zeker meer dan 1 ei. Top we gaan er op doorreis dit jaar nog 3x heen en volgend jaar bij gezondheid weer 6 keer. Dat laatste zegt genoeg denk ik.”

“Very modern and spacious room. Plenty of space for the family to feel comfortable. Surprisingly modern inside with a fan/light in the main bedroom and comfortable beds in both rooms. Spacious toilet with an amazing shower. The view from the terrace is special overlooking the Moselle river. This area in Germany is a hidden gem. The town itself the hotel is in is beautiful and so is Cochem. Would definitely come again and stay in the same hotel”

"Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming pool and a quite decent fitness room are available as well. Very nice landscape in the surrounding area with plenty of paths to walk dinner off before it gets dark."
