To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please read and respect the following points:

Communication

For any request, including emergencies, please contact us directly through the booking platform. This allows us to respond more quickly and call you if necessary.

House Rules

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited, even at the window.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
No Parties/Events: Any type of party or event is strictly prohibited.
Respect the Property: Please take care of the furniture and equipment provided. Any damage will be charged.
Respect the Neighbors: Please respect the quiet of the building during your stay.
Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity (drug trafficking, prostitution, etc.) is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate sanctions.

Arrival and Departure Times

Arrivals: Self-check-in is available from 4:00 PM only. Details are available on the guest portal after completing the registration form.

Departures: Departures must be before 11:00 AM. No extensions are possible due to previous abuse.

Check-Out Procedure

Before your departure, please:

* Remove the sheets and gather all dirty laundry.
* Wash the dishes.
* Take out the trash: Place bags on the street after 6:00 PM.
* Return the keys to the same location as upon arrival.

Identification and Security Deposit


We collect a piece of identification for each traveler before arrival.

A security deposit may be requested. This is refunded within 7 days after verification of the accommodation.

You can arrive independently from 4:00 PM onwards by retrieving the keys from a key safe.

We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival, early in the afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are changed regularly; this is why we send them at the last minute.
