Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove—complete with firewood—ensure a cozy atmosphere. Two southwest-facing balconies offer plenty of sunshine and mountain views. <br>For five or six guests, a separate 20-m² apartment is also available, featuring a bedroom, refrigerator, coffee maker, and breakfast tableware. A crib, high chair, stroller, and baby carrier are available upon request. Dogs are welcome by arrangement; other pets are not allowed. <br>The town center, shopping, public transportation, and the ski bus are all within easy walking distance. A garage for bicycles and skis, ski boot warmers, and storage spaces are available. Free Wi-Fi and a private laundry room with a washer and dryer are provided. The cross-border Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte ski area, with about 42 kilometers of slopes, is practically right outside the door and offers ideal conditions for families, leisure skiers, and athletic skiers.<br> The location is also excellent for day trips: Depending on traffic, Lake Chiemsee and Kufstein are about 30 to 40 minutes away, Kitzbühel is about 45 minutes away, and Salzburg is about an hour away.
