The apartment features a double bed, a rustic dining set, comfortable TV armchairs, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The small kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc. The west-facing, fully furnished balcony is the perfect spot for breakfast, sunbathing, relaxing, or winding down in the evening. The idyllic town center, with its many restaurants and charming shops, is about a 15-minute walk away. In winter, a free ski bus runs from the apartment building to the gondola lifts in the nearby district of Seegatterl; from there, the gondola takes you to the Winklmoos-Steinplatte ski area. Many hiking and biking trails, as well as cross-country ski trails winding through beautiful natural scenery, start just a stone’s throw away, right behind the building.
