“Our stay at the Ledgestone Hotel started out amazing even before we arrived. I had booked a couple of rooms and didn't book what I really needed so I called and spoke to Shannon first. She was so pleasant and helpful to see what she could do to fix my reservation. She put me in touch with Anna (Manager) who fixed my mix up and was so prompt to call me back. “The property is old and run down and not very well kept. The room we stayed in had no chair and no wastebasket. The shower was good, and we slept well on the bed. Coffee was good in the morning. The heater/air-conditioner blew a breaker and probably should be replaced. Crystal, the lady who waited on us, was a wonderful person, and she was the best thing about the whole place.”
