ApartHotel a Remscheid

“Could not stay. The room was not cleaned. There were used towels hanging in the bathroom. The beds were unmade. There was garbage left behind from the previous renters on the table and in the bins. Asked them for help and they would not respond until hotels com contacted them. They then were to get our own sheets and change the bed ourselves. Very poor service!!! Read the specifics on the listing clearly. The pictures are very deceiving. They list on-site parking but there is none.”

“Avoid at all costs!!! On arrival we opened the sofa bed, which I had asked to be made up for arrival 2 weeks prior, to find what appeared to be a used personal item, food and various other debris on the stained mattress. Also one of the pillows had a heavy blood stain. There were no bedsheets, duvet covers or pillowcases provided for the sofa bed either. As there is no reception for this property I had to WhatsApp the Property Manager to ask for linen for the sofa bed to be provided. He...

“Top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Neue moderne Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Direkt an der Rüttenscheider Str in Essen. Immer gerne wieder”

“Gute Lage, prima eingerichtet. Fairer Preis”

“Ottima sistemazione per un evento all'arena Lanxess”

“I was upgraded to the penthouse, a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with full kitchen. This was located in walking distance to the tourist spots, restaurants, shopping, and close enough to the airport. I only wish I was there to stay for more than one night. Othman was helpful, nice, and walked me through all the things I needed to know about the apartment and even was able to help with recommendations around the city.”
