“Room was not the one I had booked. Not sure how there wasn’t an available room as I was the only car in the parking lot. Did not get a refund for the room change. Also quite a scary property/stay lol”

“We were part of a large group, others said they saw bugs in bed. I didn’t see any in ours, but our room was dirty. Hair in bathroom on walls, USED bar of soap, toilet ran all night, security latch on door was taped/didnt work. I was extremely disgusted and would never stay again. ”

“Context: 1 bed, handicapt accessible, non-smoking room. Pros: Safe and clean parking lot. Very friendly and understanding staff. Adequate heating system. Comfortable and well kept furniture. Clean and tidy hotel rooms. Cons: Continental breakfast is lacking. Strange smell in small workout room. No fridge or microwave in room (One is available in a room adjacent to the hallway). Plaster on closet wall was chipped and broken exposing dry wall underneath.”

“The general manager said that the room that we reserved wasn’t available( bed with a sofa couch for the children to sleep on) then I proceeded to let them know that we would just have to find somewhere else (so the kids wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor) then she all of a sudden had a room, with a sofa couch, available. We paid for it, went to the room and it DIDNT have a couch and before we could even get back up to the front desk to see what was going on there were blankets and pillows...

“Helpful staff, clean room, great rate. Was exactly what I needed for an overnight stay during a business trip. The free breakfast was a nice added bonus.”

“1) A maintenance person had to let us OUT of our room. The door would not open from inside. He did come to our aid as soon as I called the front desk, but it as been that way all night- a serious safety hazard. 2) Breakfast was supposed to be open at 7. It was still being set up at 7:20. 3) Our room was clean and warm, which was why they still got a 3. ”

“Half the lights in our room were burned out. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and they didn’t tell anyone. When I called the front desk the just made excuse. The parking garage looks like it’s going to collapse and has been this way for at least three years with no repairs. Staff is willing to help you depending on who you get so it’s a toss up. Overall they need to know their place in the market and price accordingly if they are not going to keep simple maintenance up or provide safe areas for customers...

“Clean and friendly. Had a bit of a wait while clerk figured out how to use our Expedia reservation. Water needs to be hotter. ”
