Located on the 3ᵉ floor (with lift) of a recent building, this bright flat has a balcony offering a breathtaking view of Place des Lices, ideal for enjoying the liveliness of this historic district.

Damaged car entering parking area (it is not appropriate for anything other than very small car,) unless one is experienced entering spaces with millimeters to spare. Would never stay here in summer as there’s no AC and the noise from the overflowing cafes below the entire unit (goes on until early hours of the morning) makes it impossible to sleep if windows are open. Also, while it looks nice, the living area furniture is horrifically uncomfortable. View is charming and other than noise, it’s a great area.
