Our home is located on heart of Downtown Sparks, NV-USA just three blocks of I-80 and in quiet neighborhood. Walk distance for local breweries, wine place, theater, restaurants, casino, new concert venue The Nugget Amphitheater, plus great local events. Completely remodeled and ready for a clean, comfortable getaway!

We loved the cleanliness of this place. It was perfect for our needs. We came for Rib cook-off, it was only 3 blocks away. I would definitely recommend that you keep to 4 people only. Also a great location to be at. Nothing is far from this location, 10 min to downtown Reno. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean quiet spot. Definitely coming back.

Hands down the best property I have ever stayed in. Carolina was super communicative, checked in on us and had everything you could ever think of there when we checked in. Property is an excellent location with easy access to Reno, Sparks and Spanish Springs. We were in town to visit family and already sent the listing to other family members to stay at when they go to visit.

Great Place

Beautiful place and done to perfection. The owner/mgr. has everything set up and ready for travelers. All the necessities are there and the place is totally clean and a new appearance. We will definitely try for future bookings.

Charming little place. Not a real dog friendly place though. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Coffee pot did not work. But very clean.

Quiet and cozy Reno home

This home was perfect for our Reno stay. I was instantly impressed by how clean and well stocked the home was. So many little thoughtful amenities down to fresh bread, butter, fresh milk, half and half, cereal and so many others! I also really appreciate the off street parking spot right out the back door. Thank you Carolina for a wonderful stay!

Just what we needed!

We stayed at Browny’s while in town for a friends baby shower. Carolina was more than accommodating when we got into town earlier than expected and we were greeted with a cozy, clean and comfortable home for ourselves and our pup. Thank you for everything!!!

Sweet Little Cottage

What a great little property. Very, very clean and such a great modern and cozy feel to it . Our host (hostess) thought of everything. From milk and eggs in the fridge to coffee and snacks in the cubard. ❤️. And super pet friendly if you have one. Easy and convenient to get to all of Reno's Top attractions and beyond. Heater and TV were a little tricky to work at first, buy I'm going to chalk that up to user error. But, this is an amazing home away from home and what a wondeful host. Hope to do business with them again soon.

Fantastic property

The place was super clean when we arrived. Loved the set-up and it was perfect for my daughter and me. Generous with the amenities, including food! Great coffee which was very much appreciated. Location was convenient to and from places + excellent job with the remodel.

Brownys for the win

Needing a pkace to stay while finishing clinicals for school, Brownys us well accommodated and a perfect little spot for my husband, infant, and our dog. Clean, stocked, and owners gice privacy while checking in to ensure the stay is going well. I had forgotten some items and had to have them delivered, this was no issue in receiving or in communicating with owner. Highly recommend!

We arrived late, it was such a blessing the house was well stocked with complimentary items. There were snacks and coffee/tea/hot coco and simple breakfast items. The process of checking in and out was smooth. Perfect place to stay!!! Already booked for another stay.

So comfortable and clean!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! It exceeded our expectations, and is very pet friendly and welcoming. Extremely comfotable beds, many extra amenities. Very thoughtful touches and extras. This property was the perfect size for our family. We were in town for the National Pole Vault Summit and wanted to avoid staying at the smokey hotel and this was a perfect option. The house was close to everything, had all the essentials and more. We would happily stay here again.

My Stay

Wonderful place to stay!!!

We travel quite a bit and stay at VRBO’s all the time. This is one of the most beautiful properties we’ve stayed at. You can see all the thought and effort that was put into the property and everywhere you turned there was an extra. From the snacks to the toiletries to the pet area we were throughly impressed. Better than any casino room, and well located to all the attractions. We will be staying here again for sure!

Lovely Stay in Sparks

Browny's house is completely renovated. All new. Beautiful. We were very impressed. Carolina brought us a few amenities we needed to make our stay ideal. She and her husband are wonderful, very attentive. The neighborhood street appeal was not what we had hoped but in the end we agreed it was a great location. We thank our hosts very much for a great stay.
