Right off of the popular South Virginia Street in Reno, you are in walking distance to a number of great restaurants, coffee, bakeries, bars, tattoo shops, boutiques, and all kinds of fun. 



    Imagine having the convenience and amenities of living close to downtown Reno without sacrificing the peace and quiet that comes with a suburban neighborhood. Less than 5 minutes from all that Reno has to offer! Perfect for the at-home professionals and families alike, this residence offers easy access to Midtown restaurants, coffee, bakeries, bars, tattoo shops, boutiques, night life, etc. This lovely 2 story, 2 bedroom home is well equipped for a variety of purposes and guests and has 3 exclusive parking stalls directly in front of the property.

    Host is available to quickly assist with any questions or concerns. I will be available through the platform messaging or mobile phone. This home is a duplex. It shares its downstairs living room back wall with the adjacent unit. There are no shared spaces, entrances are private.

Cozy home

The house was as described, cute decor, very clean. The AC unit in one of the bedrooms had some issues but it was manageable. Would recommend this house.

Good value in a great location

This little house was a terrific value and served our purposes well. It's an older place with some rough edges/limited niceties, but the beds were comfortable and the location was just what we wanted.That location wouldn't be for everyone: We wanted to be steps from the cafes and bars of Midtown, knowing that a certain level of grittiness (like a dodgy motel on the corner) would come with that. Pangolin (cafe) and The Emerson (bar) were favorites, and being a ten-minute drive from the UNR campus was perfect.Two small things to note: Low ceilings upstairs might be tight for tall folks; they weren't a problem for us. And I'm not sure what the listing is referring to with regard to futons in the bedrooms; maybe those are by request.Overall, a really good choice for the right renters. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next time we're in Reno!
