1-car garage and extra space in the driveway for another car as well as plenty of free on-street parking.

The washer and dryer is located in the garage area and is shared with the unit on the other side of the duplex. That is the only shared space.

You will have exclusive and unrestricted access to the entire left side of the duplex as well as the garage and washer/dryer area.

We are available by phone, text, and AIRBNB messaging. We are a small business and pride ourselves on excellent communication.

There is garage, driveway and on-street parking in front of the house.

There are white mini splits on the walls, in the home that have remotes they work as an AC and HEATER.


Washer and dryer are located in the basement please only use the labeled 795 walker washer and dryer. 785 washer and dryers are NOT for use. Thank you
Avoid parking on the red curbs. Red paint indicated no parking allowed.

Monday morning is trash day. Take bins out Sunday night.
