The property was dirty with trash piled up on the garbage cans outside one of the exits, rooms were very outdated and old and it was difficult to see out the windows because they were very dirty...and would not open.

I stayed here with my dog. I am a solo traveler, and I felt safe. My only complaints are the breakfast is grab and go which was coffee prepackaged muffins and prepackaged oatmeal or multigrain bars. No hot meal for breakfast. these rooms are non smoking however, above the shower in my room there is a bunch of yellow bubbles or something on the ceiling like someone had been smoking in there? Also, there is tons of garbage in the little stream right next to the hotel.

Here’s the one big problem- the rooms have a kitchen- but they provide nothing for it. No utensils, no pots, pans, plates, no coffe maker. Heck, no hair blower. You have to request them at the front desk at the point of check-in. If they’re already assigned to other rooms, you wind up on a waiting list.

In town for a South Reno class
I was only there for a brief stay but the young man working the front desk was very informative and fantastic at his job! I appreciate his friendly demeanor and his attention to the guests checking in and out! Customer Service still means something to this establishment!

This facility is supposed to be extended stay. There were no utensils- no toaster, no plates , no glasses, no coffee, no silverware. The people at the desk were not friendly or helpful. There seems to be a number of people living day to day and the staff treat these folks with little patience. I’m used to staying at motels and hotels where convenience and helpfulness are standard. My next door neighbor constantly slammed the door at all hours! Very disappointing stay.

Disappointing Experience - Unmet Expectations I must express my extreme disappointment with the experience. The issues I encountered have left me with a negative impression, and I feel compelled to bring them to your attention. Firstly, one of the factors that influenced my decision to book with your hotel was the promise of an included breakfast. Regrettably, this turned out to be a misleading claim. The so-called "included breakfast" was nothing more than a grab-and-go coffee station on a table. This not only fell far short of my expectations but also left me feeling deceived by the initial offering. The second major concern during my stay was the disturbing level of noise within the premises. The walls seemed paper-thin, and every sound from the hallway and neighboring rooms reverberated into my room. The lack of sound insulation seriously compromised the quality of my stay, making it difficult to rest. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for my stay, an error that has added significant frustration to my overall experience. Such a billing mistake is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the hotel's financial management practices. I understand that no establishment is perfect, and issues may arise from time to time. However, the combination of these multiple disappointments has left me with a deeply unsatisfactory impression of your hotel. I hope that you take my feedback seriously and address these concerns promptly.

There was no in room coffee and the breakfast was poor at best and no hair dryer or bath tub plug. How the heck do you take a bath???? I would like to have some compensation regarding this terrible stay even though it was represented by several stars on the reviews!!

Last minute anniversary stay-cation
The accommodations were nice. We only stayed one night spur of the moment for our anniversary and to be kid-free. Rudy at check in was great. Some observations: the website says hot breakfast included. I don’t consider nor would I think most people would consider packets of dried oatmeal as a hot breakfast. Yes, you can hot water to it and yes you eat it at breakfast time but I consider this false advertising. The mattress was very stiff and firm for our liking so my husband didn’t get a good night sleep. I would recommend adding a variety of meals to the vending machines. It was literally one machine of drinks and one machine of candy. There are options out there to include sandwiches, yogurts and other pre-packaged foods.

Easy access location. Basic but clean and quiet accomodation. Breakfast is not worth eating, coffee was pretty bad. Overall pleasant and helpful staff. Fine for a transit hotel.
