Welcome to a relaxing retreat in this custom home, with over 4,000 square feet, in a luxurious Reno neighborhood. The home offers an expansive outdoor entertainment area, featuring a sizable dining table, seating area, fire pit, hot tub, basketball hoop, and large yard. Inside, you will find a substantial great room, multiple dining areas for gatherings, library/office, game room with a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard and bar, three bedrooms and bathrooms, and another loft. The home easily accommodates 11+ guests, or more, with ample living/sleeping/dining/and entertainment spaces. Right outside the backyard oasis is direct access to miles of trails with breathtaking views! It is located only 10 minutes to downtown Reno, a quick 30 minutes to Truckee/Northstar, and an hour to South Lake Tahoe. Come and enjoy this luxurious estate!

The layout of the home was exceptional for the dinner party we held in honor of my mother's 80th birthday. There was enough room to set up additional tables for a sit down dinner and the family room was large enough for 22 people sit around comfortably to watch the iMovie i made highlighting our family memories. The grandkids loved the game room with all of its activities. And for those who were lodging, the jacuzzi was an enjoyable landing at the end of our busy days. We would definitely book this residence again in the future!

Exceptional stay! Excellent communication with Briana! Spacious house. Fabulous location with great restaurants 5 minutes away. (Dolce Caffe, Claio, Madein) We did not cook so I can't comment on kitchen stock/equipment. The layout was good though. Wonderful large backyard with lots of seating areas. Highly recommend!!

Upon arrival to the community it was evident our stay would be special. Communication and check-in with our host was outstanding. Wow .. beautiful! Was the first words upon entering this spacious and amazing home. Soft carpeted living room with a large sectional sofa that was made for comfort. It provided for family time while enjoying the huge big screen with plenty of movie choices provided by our host.The game room was just that. Family games included ping pong, darts, board games and a TV to catch the game. A reading retreat with comfortable seating and large windows allowing for natural light. The kitchen did not disappoint. Plenty of room and all the necessary amenities needed to prepare meals. As for dining, choice seating.The counter, the nook or the formal dining room. Bedrooms provided for a comfortable sleep with in room tv and plenty of closet space. The main bedroom, with a big screen tv, double sided fire place. Choose a shower or a relaxing bath. Air conditioning for this home was excellent providing cooling comfort both up and downstairs. We loved the serene spacious backyard. Plenty of seating to relax and a fire pit. We took advantage of the BBQ. Enjoying lunch and dinner while seated at a table for 8 under a shaded pergola. Landscaped with trees, lawn and a view of the surrounding hills. Outdoor recreation included basketball, tetherball and cornhole. Minutes to restaurants, groceries and downtown. Amazing stay with amazing hosts.We will be back!
