Great location 15 mins’ walk to restaurants and grocery. 30 mins to North Lake Tahoe, 10 mins to Airport, 16 mins to convention center, 15 mins to casinos, 20 mins to Mt. Rose & 16mins to UNR. New, optimized WiFi what is perfect for a Bay Area remote work retreat.

This property has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2551 sqft of floor space and located in the South Central Reno. The house features an open floor plan. It has been completely renovated with hardwood floor, paint, and new furniture. The home has been professionally decorated with all new beds for max comfort with King and queen size memory foam mattress in Master and guest bedrooms. All amenities are provided!

Home away from home - volleyball trip

We loved the location of the home because it was within 15 minutes of everything important to us for this trip. We traveled for a volleyball tournament and this property was everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was friendly, clean and very safe. Lots of walking trails that we made use of and it’s quiet community made for a great evening out in the backyard. We will definitely be back again and this property was all that we needed and then some. Mahalo

Lovely Home not far from Veterans Hwy

This home was very accommodating for the 11 softball players that stayed. Plenty of room for everyone. Walking path was wonderful to have, right next to the home. The only thing that I would have liked, was wash clothes in every bathroom. Softball dirt around the ankles, is hard to wash off without one. Would stay again with this group of people. You won’t be disappointed in this home.

Perfect for a big family!

Our son was getting married in Reno and we needed a home that fit a big group of our family. It was the perfect home! Christina, the host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here!!

Awesome House

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Plenty of room for our group to spread out and have their own private spaces as well as a nice large common area for us to all hang out. Would stay here again anytime!

Family of 14

For having such a large group, this home was perfect. Everyone had a place to sleep, space was great for sitting and eating. The owner was always at our finger tips if any questions arise and she responded right away with no hesitations or making us wait. The home was located in the perfect spot for all our sight seeing, swimming and gambling.

This home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and small appliances. The host was very responsive and answered my questions quickly. Would definitely recommend this home.

Nice spacious house

House is very spacious, enough room for our party if 14. Host was quick at responding to address any issues or any questions we had. A bit of a hiccup with check in as the keyless pad was acting up. Christina was very quick to assist and provide an alternative to keyless entry. House was nice and warm when we got in so it was a cozy settling in from the cold. There were a few lights around the house that were inoperable and needed replacement bulbs (front door, master bathroom, etc) but we made it work. Overall, it was a nice stay!

New, clean, great location

It's a new community with nice views and trails to walk/run on. Easy access to Mt. Rose and Reno downtown. House is well maintained. Kitchen has everything you need. Lots of beds in 5 bedrooms. Efficient communication with host. Highly recommended.

overall great stay!

my family & i had a great experience! it was slightly dirty upon arrival in the common area but was easily fixed. location was close to many convenient stores and in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. very spacious and had many amenities for our big family! host was very responsive as well!

This was a great rental experience from start to finish, . The property is clean, well stocked, comfortable, and roomy. The communication was wonderful and timely. The location was perfect for us as it was less than a 2 minute drive from our family that lives locally. The size was great and we will definitely rent this house again. Thank you!

Fantastic House and Host

This was probably one of the best VRBO houses I have rented. My adult children and 2 grandchildren got to together for a week to enjoy the beautiful Reno sunshine. We have not all been together for over 3 years, so I wanted it to be special and memorable. The house was perfect- 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths- with everything we needed. The kitchen was amazing- fully stocked with dishes, spices, and many coffee making options. The house layout was really nice- plenty of space to hang out, cook, laugh, play games. Everything was super clean and organized. There was plenty of towels and even laundry detergent to use. The area is super quiet, and close to walking, bike trails, grocery stores, and restaurants. The host was the best, making everything super easy, and was very responsive. I hope to rent again if we can bring everyone together again. The only negative is that we couldn't all be together in the house longer.
