About this space:
Newly remodeled home in the heart of the old southwest high-end neighborhood for up to 9 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room TV with local channels and streaming cable (SlingTV), dining room table, washer and dryer, a private gated backyard. Complimentary high speed wireless internet. Just blocks away from parks, coffee shops, restaurants & breweries.

The space:
Our newly remodeled home is spacious with 2 living rooms and new decorum. Plenty of space for you to lounge and enjoy. Complementary high speed internet, local channels and Sling TV on our new Flat screen smart TV. Complementary coffee to make your mornings comfortable. Starbucks 3 blocks away as well.

We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We have outside security camera's and use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. This home was everything you could ever want. Spacious, clean and easy to access. The host was very communicative and I appreciated the accommodations they made. My favorite spot in the home was the kitchen. You can tell all the hard work these owners have put into it. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in Reno, close to most things and in a safe neighborhood, look no further!

Great for family

I stayed at this house for a long weekend with my retired parents and teenaged son, daughter and nephew. There was plenty of space for everyone and the beds we comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals in the home. Location was great, close enough to the convention center where we were attending events but far enough away that things were quiet, safe and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, spacious, convenient to restaurants and airport

My family and I enjoyed staying here towards the end of our trip out west. We liked this house for having a clean and comfortable space with our 3 children. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was easy to get to the Reno airport the morning we flew home. Thank you for a great stay!

The Best West Bestern

Stay was just 1 night as the second night was already rented. Aaron was flexible in allowing a late checkout which was much appreciated! House was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed!! I would definitely stay again!

Great location comfy house.

This house worked very well for our extended family. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, quiet, and very comfortable. Love the Kuerig (my grandson made me coffee in the morning). My only tips would be a bit of improvement on the outside landscaping, check the ice maker and the stopper in the guest bathroom.😄

Lovely home and great location!

We came in for my daughter’s graduation from UNR. There were 4 of us total. The home is clean and well equipped. The owners were very responsive and easy to interact with. The location is quiet and convenient and safe. I would stay again for sure! There was not an iron as the only downside.
