Wow factor, for sure. Reno living at it's finest, with spectacular city & river views! This one bedroom, two bath condo looks over Wingfield Park & is located on the Riverwalk, where you can enjoy many events like movie night on the river, concerts, and shows right across the street. Walk to the movie theater, restaurants, cafes, gastropubs, entertainment, shows, casinos, gyms, bars, or lounges. Downtown entertainment includes wine walks every other Saturday and the Downtown Farmers Market.

Loved the condo, the balcony, the view (day and night!), and the location. It was wonderful to walk along the riverfront and there are lots of places to eat, get coffee, and even a co-op nearby. What a bright, open, and comfy place to be. And the hosts were very nice. I’ll definitely stay here again!

It was a great stay. The condo was significantly larger that we thought. Nice and very well equipped. We were able to walk most anywhere and enjoyed the town. Had the chance to go skiing, which was only 30 min away. Great stay.

Great communication and directions prior to our stay. We arrived to a well stocked and furnished property. Everything was clean and the location was better than expected. My wife and I took a short walk along the river for dinner at River Wild. Our host had left us a free appetizer coupon and the food was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the heating was great. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water was plentiful. The next day we went to Hand Pies Art Cafe across the river which was delicious. Later in the day we walked down river to 10Torr distillery and brewery where we made new friends and hauled back two bottles and a case of canned cocktails, amazing flavors. After taking our supplies back to the rental we walked to the Silver Legacy for an awesome comedy show at the Laugh Factory. We really enjoyed the property and look forward to future stays. Thanks again Lyle and Hope!Matt

Unsure why I was asked to rate the “winery experience” since there wasn’t one, but overall the price was fair. Check-in instructions were a bit confusing; the listing mentioned a parking spot in the underground garage (#28), but the message I received a few hours before check-in said parking was two blocks away in a public garage. The parking details were also listed at the very bottom of the instructions, which made it a little hard to follow. That said, communication from the host was quick and helpful by both phone and text. The condo was pretty chilly at first with just one portable heater, but once the building heat came on, it was much more comfortable.

Close to walk to restaurants. There was a fire in one residence the day before we arrived & so much chaos. Then there was a huge construction project on the River walk that won't be done til May 2026. We would not have stayed here if we had known. Rooms were very spacious & kitchen was well stocked. There was a small water leak in back of master bath, but we reported. Loved the SS appliances. Parking for this property was 2 blocks away using city parking meters since this rental is considered an Air B&B. That was a drag! But the alternative was a huge parking garage blocks away. Hope was a joy to work with!

A very convenient place to stay for myself and my wife for visiting my aging parents in Reno. The apartment is well equipped and has good views of downtown Reno as well as the Truckee river. Everything is clean and pretty much well stopped and communication with the owners was awesome.Be mindful of the size of car you get if you are going to drive as the parking garage is a bit small but that is the only thing I would think about in the future is to make sure I read a decent size vehicle that’s not too big. We were able to park just fine in our Nissan road, but took a bit of practice, But overall very much love the place and recommend!

Great spot!

Spacious apartment right on top of the river downtown walking distance from lots of restaurants and things to do. Comfortable bed, nice couches and a big balcony with a great view where I spent most of my time. Great apartment. Will definitely try and rebook when I return

Good location

The apartment is super cute and has a great view of Reno. I didn’t care for the host’s communication style. I asked for the correct wifi password and she came to the apartment and banged on the door. Last time I stayed there she was late in getting the place cleaned and was still inside when I arrived. Both interactions negatively affected my feeling of privacy.

Close to Downtown

This was a great alternative to renting two hotel rooms. We had a group of four and we saved a lot of money by booking this place as opposed to two hotel rooms. It was close to the casinos and the event center. All within walking distance. There are plenty of places to eat and it is right on the river. The check in was easy and the communication with the manager was great.
