Group and Family-friendly townhouse that’s centrally located - minutes to casinos, downtown and amazing restaurants and sightseeing in and near Reno. Each bedroom has its own separate bathroom for privacy, and the living room / den on the ground floor with a sectional sofa that can be converted into a queen bed or even 2 doubles, and there is a half-bath downstairs as well. Everything is renovated and modern, ready for a weekend getaway or a longer term stay as a home away from home!
The space
This is a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse with a garage converted into a den.

2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms inside the rooms for privacy, and a living room den with a den door and a sofa that converts into a queen bed.

It’s recently renovated and painted, has a patio and a full kitchen for those who like to cook, and a 6-person dining table.

We also have board games to keep guests entertained in case of bad weather!

There is 1 designated parking spot but there is ample street parking and a huge parking lot at the tennis courts across the street (see my attempt at google earth in the photos)

If you have a family we do have baby gates available and a pack and play upon request!
Guest access
You have entire access to the house with the exception of a small storage closet where we keep our cleaning supplies.
